Name: Pikky.
Gender: Male.
Age: Three years?
Breed: Red Wolf.
Pack: None; perhaps it can be part of a plot that he was thrown out of one for starting fights, etc? You can get back to me on this one. Or maybe he can be a part of a pack, and get thrown out. Whatever floats your boat. We can talk about this, and begin much plottage.
Picture: Here.
Quick description: A somewhat thin, murky green-eyed wolf with an orangey tint to his fur.
Physical description: As far as wolves go, Pikky is quite thin and quite small; he has fairly little muscle on him, and his build is rather on the slight side. He looks like he’d be a good runner, as he’s light and seems fairly durable, but I doubt that he would come out looking good at the end of a fight. However, he can use his smallish size for stealth, which can make him good for being sneaky; perhaps an advantage in a hunt of some sort?
Despite the fact that his build is almost frail, his teeth are small and sharp, and his ‘claws’ vicious—wolves don’t (as far as I know) use their claws much in fighting, as they are not retractable or much use for anything apart from gripping, but Pikky’s could leave quite a nasty gash. Pikky prefers bites to any sort of brute strength, and has often drawn blood in the past.
Pikky keeps his fur as clean as possible. He likes to maintain a somewhat primped outlook. His coat has a light grey underlay, with the characteristic tints of red splashed across his face, surrounding his eyes and muzzle; the backs of his ears are also this earthy shade, and his bushy tail is the same shade. His self-groomed fur is often what some would describe as ‘poofy’, giving him a not-so-sleek look, not that he cares.
Personality: Oh, deary me. I don’t really know where to start with this little wild-card. One of the first things you’ll notice about him is that he is an arse. He’s nasty. Horrible. Spiteful to others just for the fun of it—he’s not exactly soul-crushingly mean, but he likes to... ‘tease’ would be one way of putting it. He picks on others, makes fun of everyone, and is sarcastic to and about practically everything there is to be sarcastic about. I fear that it would be somewhat self-adorned to call him ‘witty’, but he does occasionally come up with a good crack. He’s rude to others for no real reason, and that’s just bad.
Verbal abuse aside, Pikky is also arrogant. He... loves himself, somewhat, and you can tell in his preening ways; it’s hard to tell, though. Sometimes, he jokes about himself... other times, his self-centredness is obvious, and it’s quite clear that he thinks much more of himself than he really should. In his own little world, he is king; though he does not seek any sort of power above others. Somehow, he feels himself a little bit ‘above’ that... if that makes any sense at all.
Anti-social would be a good word for him. The phrase ‘lone wolf’ really does apply to him. He does see the sense in packs, and will occasionally come a-knocking at one, but he does not get on well with others... which you might be able to tell. For some reason, he and other wolves have simply never mixed. Having company has never been in his best interests, and he knows it. Having a mate? Bah. A friend? Bleh. Even having some sort of alliance? Hmm.
Some say that it’s due to trust issues; perhaps to a certain point, seeing as he’s always saying that less ‘friends’ equals less wolves likely to stab him in the back. Some say that it’s because he enjoys pushing people to do what’s best for themselves. Hrrmmm. Doubtful, but possible. Most say that it’s simple because he is an A-grade, anti-social brat. And that would work.
He’s a little odd, is Pikky. Very paranoid. About everyone. It is very, very hard to earn his trust. Nigh impossible. He’s slightly reserved, and doesn’t hand out secrets like sweeties; he has some odd habits, some odd quirks, that may appear to people who have been around him for long enough. Aside from the fact that he interrogates most wolves he meets upon first meeting, he’s quite outgoing—he can and will get into others’ faces about things that he feels are important to him.
Pikky is also, I’m sorry to say, quite intelligent. In a cunning, sneaky sort of way. Seeing as he has no moral sense or right and wrong, this can make him a bit of a tricky character. He’s not afraid to lie, cheat and steal to get what he wants; though what he really does want is a bit of a mystery, to most. He never lets on to things like that... he’s a bit of a pessimist. Pikky sees the negative side to everything, and seems to almost enjoy being gloomy and grumpy, and complaining about practically everything.
He is also not big into physical violence between himself and other wolves, instead preferring to slither and talk his way out of trouble, though he will fight if worst comes to worst. This is the only sense of goodness that has been ingrained into him, though what good it’ll do him, I do not know.
So? Not very easy to get along with, I assure you. But I’m telling you, I suppose he’s not that bad once you get to know him. Honestly.
History: Pikky had an upbringing that was remarkably unremarkable. Not one single interesting thing happened, as far as anyone can tell. He doesn’t really talk about it that much. I don’t even know why this part is so important, but I’m going to have to make some stuff up to fill up the one-hundred and fifty words. Hum. So. Once upon a time, there was this princess, and she and all of her elf friends decided to take over the Death Star. And Gordon Brown was like, “Oy! No!” And the entire population of New Zealand decided to turn up. Then some stuff happened. Long story short, Pikky was born and moved, possibly to a pack of some description, and maybe was kicked out for being big-headed. But it's all hush-hush, ‘cause the government don't want it getting out. Yeah. He used to be a part of a pack, but he eventually started so many fights that they just told him to get the hell out. Pikky didn’t really mind, though. Last they saw, he was simply skipping away. He got a little injured on his way out, though, as several members of the packs saw fit to bite him whenever they could. Lovely, eh? But I daresay that he deserved it.
{ oy.. that made no sense.. }
