Wolves

Wolves live in nearly every Northern Hemisphere habitat there is, be it artic tundra, plains, savannahs, hardwood, softwood, or mixed forest environments.

Before wolves started to become extinct, they inhabitated large areas of North America, Europe, Asia, and Japan. The largest area filled with wolves today is North America, including many Canadian provinces and Alaska. There, wolf density is up to one wolf per 25 miles.

A wolf will mainly prey on large ungulates, but their diet also includes small animals like mice, rats, birds, fish and rabbits. Wolves have no real danger from predators. Occasionally, a bear will take wolf pups or young wolves, but predators are not a big problem in a wolf's life.

If there's anything you'd like to add, please PM me about it.
